CYDON RWA is a platform dedicated to institutional investors, family offices, and real estate developers, offering a coordination infrastructure for structured finance, construction monitoring, and the marketing of real estate assets using distributed ledger technology.
By accessing the Site and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms without reservation.
Any natural or legal person accessing the Site.
A legal entity or individual meeting the criteria defined by financial regulations and having been previously accepted by CYDON RWA following a Know Your Customer (KYC/AML) procedure.
All data, documents, and information shared via the platform, as defined in our Standard Privacy Agreement.
All functionalities offered by CYDON RWA, including networking, financial structuring, project monitoring via escrow account, and asset tokenization.
Certain parts of the Site are freely accessible for general information purposes.
Access to detailed project data (room data), investment sheets, and operational functionalities is strictly reserved for Qualified Investors and partners previously approved by CYDON RWA, after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and fully validating compliance procedures.
By accessing restricted areas, the User represents and warrants that they are acting on their own behalf or as a duly authorized representative of an institutional entity, and that they have the legal capacity and authorizations necessary to request the Services.
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logo, icons, photographs, videos, database, architecture) is the exclusive property of CYDON RWA or its partners and is protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, on any medium whatsoever and by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of CYDON RWA.
The information presented on the Site and in restricted areas is for informational purposes only. CYDON RWA strives to maintain the accuracy of the data but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors.
CYDON RWA acts as an infrastructure and coordination platform. We are not investment advisors within the meaning of Articles L.321-1 et seq. of the Monetary and Financial Code, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific mandate. Investment decisions are made under the sole responsibility of the Investor.
CYDON RWA shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it, nor from any fraudulent intrusion by a third party, despite the implementation of state-of-the-art security measures.
CYDON RWA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon being posted online.
It is the User's responsibility to regularly consult the updated version.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction where CYDON RWA's registered office is located, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
