CYDON RWA is a modular Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to orchestrate the complete lifecycle of a real estate asset. Our infrastructure combines the robustness of traditional databases with the immutability and transparency of blockchain. This hybrid approach allows us to combine performance and security, creating an invisible yet absolute layer of trust on top of your business processes.

Real-World Asset (RWA) Structure

Our tokenization engine transforms financial and ownership rights to real assets into digital units (tokens). For investors, this translates into simplified management, increased transparency over their holdings, and potential secondary liquidity. For developers, it means access to a new pool of institutional capital and streamlined capital management. Each token is a true reflection of a real right, backed by a robust legal framework.

The SPV architecture is the technical core of our value proposition. It rests on three pillars:

Funds are held in multi-factor escrow accounts.

Verification

Fund release requests are automatically checked against site reports validated by independent third parties.

Proof

Every transaction and every validation is recorded in an unalterable manner, creating legally binding and transparent proof of execution for all stakeholders.

Governance

The governance of each project is configurable and transparent. We use multi-signature (multi-sig) wallets for critical decisions. For example, releasing a tranche of funds may require the joint approval of the developer, the technical expert, and an investor representative. These rules are built into the platform's core logic, guaranteeing their flawless application.

The developer structures their project and defines their financing needs.

  1. 1.Structuring & documentation: Financing is expressed in documented legal vehicles where applicable. Qualified participants review information under controlled access; any decision to participate rests with them and their advisers. CYDON does not solicit subscriptions or provide investment advice.
  2. 2.Escrow: Capital is centralized in an escrow account dedicated to the project.
  3. 3.Execution: Construction progresses. A progress report is issued at each key stage.
  4. 4.Validation & Payment: Report validation automatically triggers invoice payments from the escrow account.
  5. 5.Marketing: The completed property (or one under construction) is divided into digital securities for an organized and transparent sale. Reporting: The entire lifecycle is documented and accessible via a single dashboard.
